Information You Submit
When you enter a name, telephone number, or address in a search form, that entry goes to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. A message sent to us contains only the details you decide to provide, and we use that information to answer you.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary technical logs, which can include an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We review this information in aggregate to maintain the site and see which resources are useful. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and, when used, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
The limited data described above helps us run the service, diagnose faults, count visits, and improve content. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to Camas departments, Clark County offices, Washington agencies, library collections, or outside search services. Information entered after following a link is controlled by that destination's policy, not this one. The same rule applies to sponsored results, which an independent provider delivers.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors may process technical logs for us. Analytics and advertising services may receive the automatic information already described. We may disclose data when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor information.
Safeguarding Your Information
An encrypted connection serves the site. Technical logs are kept only as long as the stated operational purposes require. Because visitors do not create accounts, this service holds no user password or account profile.
Users Under 18
The service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted such information, and we will remove it.
Your Privacy Choices
Privacy rights can vary with your location and the type of data involved. Washington's My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, applies to covered consumer health data outside HIPAA; it is not a general deletion law for all public or people-search information. Because we hold little visitor data, a request will usually involve checking our contact mailbox and technical logs for information we can remove. Use the Contact page to submit one. Records held by Camas, Clark County, Washington agencies, or courts remain under the control of those custodians and their governing laws, including chapter 42.56 RCW where applicable.
Changes to This Policy
Any revised policy will appear here. Your continued use after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
